In case anyone's interested, there's a very nice arrangement and strategy with regards to this "storage" arrangement. I won't go into details, but suffice it to say it's a "model" for both how one museum can help another preservation "project" achieve its goals without robbing too much from its own mission and storage needs.

How are the parties involved dealing with the different gauges? As I recall, Electric City is standard, Philly is 5' 2.5" and Baltimore is 5' 4".
