That is a very misleading headline, as it would seem to imply that the shooting was on, or somehow related to, the train.

The article makes it clear that there was no intent to involve the train, and the shutdown was done merely for passenger safety, in the same manner as a school lockdown due to a nearby bank robbery.

To his colleagues and all the folks in the Fort Bragg area, the headlines which are selling papers now are those outlining his career and the size of the loss to the community.
