Does anyone know of tourist railroads or museums that operate pace trains that follow a parallel road race or boat race?

Not really a pace train, but the Iron Horse Classic in Durango still runs every year. For the first 10 miles of the race, the trains and bikes are pretty visible to each other, and parallel for about 4 miles through the valley. Neat trip if you get the chance.
