Looks great so far! We would have killed for those jacks at one time.
Also glad to see you moved the throttle/etc over to the right side as God intended.
Keep up the good work.

We would too, except they'd have to be at least 65 or 70 ton capacity in our case, or else we'd need ten of them and some sort of lifting rig to fit between the drivers (I'm not too sure I'd care to have all of the jacks at just the ends of 2926's frame at any rate, although that probably wouldn't or shouldn't be a concern).

(Actually, we'd really like to have the use of the 250 ton overhead crane in the old Erecting Shop downtown, but that ain't gonna happen soon, if ever. Drat!)

Outstanding job on 3025, BTW. (I should have said that earlier when I posted this; that's what I get for posting while half asleep.)

Great news! OK, let's see here. If I remember the two SYs were built about about the same time and came over together. One went to the Valley Railroad, the other to Knox & Kane. The Valley Railroad became NYS&W 142, and this operates today on the Bel Del. The K&K engine came to the Valley Railroad. I thought the 142 was right hand drive, is this correct, and wouldn't the K&K engine be right hand from construction as well?
