Well, this morning I recieved a request from one of my teachers, and for the sake of respect, I'll just refer to her as Ms. Dutton, asked me to find out when the Central Vermont Railroad had managed to enter Stafford Springs, CT (a neighborhood of Stafford, CT), as her husband is writing a book, and the Central Vermont entering Stafford is a significant detail. She did do some research, but like her husband, was unable to come up with anything. I was doing some research, and found a timeline of the Vermont Central, which sadly didn't go that far south (Considering it's a predecessor of the Rutland Railroad). So, considering I'm not having any luck, can someone point me in the right direction?
