Post subject: One More Shot of that Orange Critter at NWRM

The reason the picture is special is that the sun was out yesterday, something that hasn't happened much recently in the Pacific Northwest. Children of all ages sit on the critter's engineer seat. Some even yell "TOOT TOOT!" Sometimes parents can't get them to come out. It's a fun "educational" artifact.
