Everything got back safe & sound from Appomattox last weekend. We probably had at least 3000 visitors to the train during the Festival. We spend today, and will spend tomorrow on getting the GP30 ready for this event.

This is part of an NS company photo shoot for next year's 30th Anniversary Calendar. The GP30's and the SD60 will also be posed for private NS company shots at East End Shops, and pulling a coal train of brand new hoppers.

We finished most of the painting today. Lettering is scheduled to go on tomorrow.

We got the lettering on the long hood and the heralds on the ends today. The heralds and road numbers on the cab sides are going on tomorrow and a few details to finish up and she'll be on her way over to the locomotive shops on Wednesday.
