Looks like rotary oscillating cam poppet valves. Time to pull out my copy of "Pennsy Power" Jeff |

Is this a retrofit to replace a slide valve? |

Not a retrofit, and not poppets. PRR E6sa #1092 built in 1912, had Young rotary valves actuated by Walschaert valve gear. Later rebuilt as a standard piston valve E6s. Jeff |
