The El Dorado Western Railroad took delivery of a "new" 1943 GE locomotive this past weekend. It arrived in Shingle Springs on Friday evening and is already being given the royal treatment. It is 99% complete except for the brake stand. The original manual (which we have in it's entirety) states that the locomotive was delivered from the factory with a K-14 stand. Anybody know where I could purchase one?

Probably the best place to start:

http://www.ltexrail.com/

I would also have included RMDI in Pittston, PA but they were flooded out and I do not know what shape their property and operations are in now.
