It seems to me that this would be a good publicity item and goodwill builder for a trolley/railroad museum. You can get a couple of stories in the media on this event such as: stuffing the equipment and delivering the toys to appropriate agencies (Toys for Tots?) for delivery to needy kids.

Also, grant applications to private foundations have an edge when describing such activity that goes beyond normal museum operation.
