I have the maintenance instruction pamphlet 1946 revision however it is missing page 12. Does anyone have this doc and page 12?

My copy is dated 1934. In this edition, page 12 has a drawing of a 4-8-4 labled "Fig. 18", refered to on page 11 in the throttle rigging section, page 13 is "Installation". If this sounds like the page you need, PM your FAX number, I'll send it along.
