Finally figured how to post a picture

I have a brass oval plate for a Baldwin locomotive. It's has Chemin de Fer Ottoman de Jaffa à Jérusalem et Prolongts and Baldwin Locomotive works No11011 Philadelphie U.S.A 1890
#1 . Weighs 7 lbs. 16.5 inch x 10.5 inch
this was given to me and understand it was removed from a decomissioned train. Mr Shrive was a british train inspector who served in the British army and also worked in china on the rail.
I'm trying to find more info on the plate itself and to worth rarity etc.
Maybe someone can help.

The plate above now confirmed as the #1 plate of the locomotive "Jaffa" the first built for the Jaffa-Jerusalem line 1890
