Trackage has been completed (more or less) to the east end of Lake Lackawanna (about halfway through the "Andover Extension") with the exception of the grade crossing at Route 206 and the two curves between Port Morris and Lake Lackawanna. The rest of the Andover Extension (including work on the Roseville Tunnel and the miscellaneous areas not yet completed) are projected to be finished by 2014.
