How, if at all, do you cover your volunteers for injuries they sustain while volunteering at your museum? I know ARM has the HMBD program.

What other programs do you use?
What other approach do you use?
What about disability/lost pay?
Here in MA everyone is supposed to have health insurance (watch that tangent!), but most policies don't cover everything and none cover disability.
Workers Comp only applies to paid employees. Paying our vols a buck to make them employees gets into other messes quickly.
Please note I'm not talking about liability or D&O, just injury/lost pay.
