Looks like the rumor mill was right... it is painted like a BP-20. Not a 100% replica of the paint scheme, but pretty damn close and what a great nod to history by basing the scheme on something not so obvious. Sharp! Rob |

So are we going to be good this time, so they don't lock us out again? Love this engine, btw. New favorite. |

There was an article in Trains magazine and IIRC, there are 16 lines that will be commemorated. Later! Mr. Ed |

I wonder if NS will change up the standard paint scheme at some point in the future. |

Wasn't the Interstate the smallest of the NS predecessor lines? Engine would look good switching a power plant, but if you're an Interstate fan... Class act by NS nonetheless. Michael Seitz Missoula MT |

I was in Altoona on Tuesday, and saw the NKP unit in the yard, but no trace of the others. I did see, but was unable to photograph, and ES4400 in a beautiful green and cream, with gold striping, Norfolk Southern unit, complete with horse design. Anybody know what this is? |
