A shot of D&RGW 168, a sister to the 169 under restoration in Alamosa; the 169 and her Friends have been featured here before:

From the Colorado Railroad Museum comes this photo of a diesel-mechanical switcher that not only worked on the D&RGW, but for a time was also on the Sumpter Valley in Oregon; this is one unit I knew about from Beebe's "Mixed Train Daily," but I didn't know it survived into preservation:

From the International Steam page comes this fireless locomotive in Czechoslovakia, and only built in 1988!

From what can only be described as an eclectic site, called "Oil Electric," is this very small and very old 0-6-0t from the Canadian National, as it looked in the late 1950s:
