What ever happened to Scott Brittin, who was instrumental in the restoration of the 3751 and the 4960? fitzrr@pioneer.net |

Scott was indeed the 3751 restoration team leader. SBRHS can thank Scott for a flawless mechanical restoration and cosmetically a beautiful engine. Scott went on to work with the Grand Canyon group doing the mechanical engineering on the 4960. I understand that Scott also did the FRA required new form 4 work for the Grand Canyon as well. Scott is a marine and mechanical engineer with unlimited horse power license in both steam and diesel. Scott now lives in Houston Texas where he builds ships for Global Marine |
