Post subject:  Which/whose diesel?

The diesel pictured appears to be a GE 25-tonner switcher. Anyone have any idea where one obtains a 36-inch gauge GE 25-tonner on short notice? Are the Kovalchiks missing any of their Beth Steel locos (the paint looks familiar to this EBT visitor, mind you.....)?

Arkansas Lime.

Actually, the diesel purchase wasn't really short notice--they planned the acquisition over this past winter, not suddenly in respose to recent events (though D&S has named the engine "Hot Shot 1" to emphasize its fire-fighting duties).
