Big crowds made it almost impossible to get a clear photo of 844. One new item that caught my eye was a new plaque or emblem mounted right below the number plate. It reads "Courage to care" and on the spike driven between two lions it says " Eamus Domum Incolumes". A quick check with Google Translate renders "Go home in safety".

My guess is that this is tied to the 150 years celebration, and that UP has "come home".

Does anybody know the story behind the emblem?
