On nickel plate road 765, she currently wears a work of art; a Nathan 6 chime. Would this so happen to be an ex C&O 6 Chime?

If so, what original whistle did the S-3 berkshires wear during their service.

I see you edited the entire content and title of your post to a different subject, so I'll just leave this...

Nickel Plate Road #765 wears the whistle from Mother Berkshire NKP #700.
Also, NKP 765 is an S-2.

Ah thank you; but also, I was noticing that while browsing for a open nathan 6, i found a C&O Nathan 6 Chime. How many railroads preferably used the nathan 6 chime
