Has everybody emailed Norfork Southern?

Just a reminder, per Ross Rowland's suggestion, if you haven't written a letter to the Norfolk Southern, at least email the Public Relations department with your thanks. For those of us who have not yet seen a heritage unit, or had the ability to chase NKP 765 in steam, the same thing, please. Give them a rousing applause, because the company that wouldn't run steam again changed its mind. It's been one heck of a railroading summer because of this one company's change in attitude.
Let's let them know we appreciate what they've done.

I did and was really surprised that I got an email back thanking ME!

This was before any of the Heritage units even debuted.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I just emailed them with a quick "Congratulations for a Job Well Done and Thank You" letter. I also threw in a quick blurb about the good job they did with their new TV ad.

We're all in this together, folks. NS has done an outstanding job. Let them know about it! :)

Since I'm a stockholder in NSC, I sent an E-mail to Investor Relations. I hope that will be useful.

I sent my letter to Wick Moorman when Ross asked us to several weeks ago.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually just sat down and wrote Mr. Moorman a letter expressing my appreciation.
