I am in possession of a builder's plate from a locomotive ATSF 1660. The plate reads as follows: "Rebuilt AT AT & SF SHOPS SAN BERNARDINO CALIF." "ENGINE 1660 AUG 1924" "27863" My questions are: How much is it worth? Where could I get the most for it?...EBAY? ...auction? ...raffle? Any suggestions?
