Post subject: movies with old time train scenes

Does anyone out there have a contact to access film clips which feature old, wooden railroad coaches? Has anyone put together a DVD which features old railroad scenes?

We have a restored wooden coach which has a rich Holloywood background and would like to show this part of it's history to the public.

Any leads welcomed.

Thanks.

Post pictures of the coach, and then I bet we could identify the movies.

Might try Larry Jensen, who wrote the book on movie railroads. I've found him to have an encyclopedic knowledge of such things.

Better ask him.....when I last worked with him he was pretty heavily involved in the Ward Kimball / Disney stuff as well as others. It isn't full time, he has other jobs that pay the bills.
