The working museum at Rewari http://www.rewaristeamloco.com/ is now sending it's steam locos to the Northern Railway main works at Amritsar for overhaul to support main line excursions out of New Delhi. Thanks for the video that is great, just wondering, what is the Rewari place, is it a heritage program like the UP steam fleet or a museum. The entry video has to be one of the most passionate heart felt narrations on a steam locomotive I have ever heard! It makes me wonder what steam preservation is like in India. |
