I don't know if anyone here is a member of, or has recently been to, the Great Plains Transportation Museum in Wichita, Kansas, but if so I would appreciate some information. GPTS is supposed to own a pair of electric cars, Arkansas Valley Interurban freight motor #12 and Kansas Gas & Electric locomotive #603. I know virtually nothing about either of these pieces of equipment. Does anyone know what shape they're in, historical info, restoration plans, or anything else? Thanks in advance for any info.

The two pieces were in pretty good shape a year ago. You can contactHarry S. Lee in Wichita, for all the details. He is a longtime trolley historian there.
