I think the whole undersea tube train at the very end is a little optomistic but otherwise it's cool.

Should this have been in "Railfanning?" :-)

Great ad, though; I couldn't help but think of American parallels--i.e., the "Vulcan" giant could have been Paul Bunyan, particularly in the logging scenes, and the whole theme of opening up a new country. . .

How close are we to 200? I suppose it depends on what you use as a starting point.....I've already avoided the granite carrying grooves in stons stuff from the 1700s.......Do we start with the D&H, B&O or what?
