Another ceiling gets the restoration treatment today this is ceiling 3 of 8. They take many many hours but the rewards outweigh all the grief every time. We are hugely excited about the arrival tomorrow of Harry Brunk creator of our world class C&S inspired Clear Creek layout at the depot, he will be painting backdrops all week and showing us how he achieved the realism he did, we have AAPRCO arriving wednesday with 10 private railroad cars the first time they have ever been to Cheyenne, also Will Gant and Justin Kardas from the Georgtown loop will be here on the 18th and 19th for Depot Days, Anna Lee Ames will speak both days at 11am, Kyle Banister artist and vintage baseball historian will be speaking to people in the attic about the Georgetown baseball field and the plans to restore it. The Sherman Hill model railroad club show will be at Lions park and Wasatch Railroad Contractors will have their first ever open house and be running miniature steam trains. The UP steam shop and roundhouse will be open for tours.
