Reading & Northern Railroad + Railpace Magazine = A 20th Birthday! The Reading & Northern Railroad and Railpace Magazine are going to be having there 20th Birthdays at Port Clinton, Pennsylvania two weeks away! The Reading & Northern is going to have The 425 at the station, and The 2102 and The 614 will be at The Steam Locomotive Shop. The Railroad should have atleast 3 painted SD50's for this date. They will be having an excursion from Port Clinton to Hometown, Pennsylvania! The excursion will probably have 2 SD50's on it! I am sure that Birthday is going to be private! Has anybody else saw anything about this? norfolk_western_611@hotmail.com |

I hope it goes better than the 25th anniversary R&R excursion that ended due to the hard coupling! While I was at RailCamp in 1999 I got the chance to look at one of the cars that was damaged due to the hard coupling. JBeutel611@aol.com |

> The Reading & Northern Railroad and > Railpace Magazine are going to be having > there 20th Birthdays at Port Clinton. Correction: It's RAILPACE's private shindig, by invitation only. The 20th Anniversary of the start of the Blue Mountain & Reading will be in September 2003. And there are no plans for any events that I am allowed to announce for at least 425 days. |
