Delaware Lackawanna'a four restored Alco RS-3's set out on Wednesday's PT-98 bound for the Delaware Water Gap and the NS interchange. A sight to see, and hear in 2013! Engineer Rich Janesko informs me he is retiring at the end of the month, he has to be to be the oldest hogger on the DL, he's been there since the start up.
