Beautiful Locomotive, shame it will never be able to do any movie work. It is the ONLY (vintage) 4-4-0 with such a unique look.

Of course it can. It is most definitely truckable.

They didn't film Wild Wild West at the B&O museum, after all.

I bet they could turn Greenfield village into an elaborate movie set in the off season, as well.

It is truckable but it is not FRA compliant which means it is basically limited to that "movie ranch" out west or their at the village. At the village there shall never be any scenes of it charging into a station, you could do that at the ranch but it just wouldn't be the same as images captured in Wild Wild West, There Will Be Blood or Appaloosa (is that spelled correctly? ).
Regardless, it is without a doubt the most beautifu 4-4-0 out there! The funny bit is that, while historically correct, there were no other locomotives looking like that as late as that loco did..... Thank you Henry!

Is the William Mason FRA compliant?

Indeed it is! With some exemptions issued for things like lack of air brakes.
