Post subject:  WW-II train books

Looking for World War II train books, particularly books on equipment salvage and restoration of services in the ETO. I have "America's Fighting Railroads" by Don DeNevi and "United States Military Railway Service" by Don DeNevi and Bob Hall.
Thank you for any and all recommendations.

I caution you to beware of history books written by Don DeNevi. One of his Western Pacific RR books has gross errors. My favorite is a photo of the D&RG 101 narrow-gauge Fairlie http://www.enuii.org/vulcan_foundry/fairlies.htm - a locomotive unique in Western American railroading, unlike any other - identified as an early W.P. construction engine.
