I am looking for a photograph or a drawing of a plate installed on steam locomotives that had syphons made by the Locomotive Firebox Company.
The plate is heart shaped and was mounted on the smoke box with the builders plate and the Superheater Co. plate.

I believe that Western Maryland #202 in Hagerstown, MD has, or at least had, one of those plates.

OC 6325 has a heart shaped plate on it for the Nicholson Thermic Syphons that are in it. If you think this might be the same plate, I suggest you contact Jason Johnson at the Ohio Central for more information.

A picture of the logo can be found in steam-era Railway Age magazine advertising. There should be an index of advertisers(?).
