Post subject:  4501 has feet again?

Beginning to see a post here and there...that the wheels are all back underneath the engine. Any idea if this has happened? :) And, when can we see? :)

Wheels are not fully under the frame and you'll see when you see...

The lead and trailing trucks are in place making 4501 a 2-0-2. As soon as work is complete on the trailing truck (entirely new frame, modified to roller bearing, fit up of spring rigging, etc.) installation of drivers will move forward. This is meant literally, as the locomotive will be moved forward approx. 50 feet over the drop pit.

Thanks for the great picture. Out of curiosity, I see a weathered looking car sitting towards the front of the shop...what's that going to be for?
