more scrapping at Winslow Junction?

Is this on deck for the torch at Winslow Junction in New Jersey?
This GE U18B is in the same vacant lot where an Alco recently met the scrapper.

From what I've heard that loco blew up its engine block pretty good sometime last year. If it were something other than a U18B that didn't have a unique engine among GEs it might have stood a chance. Couple that with the fact that its the only oddball non 1st gen EMD or M420 Alco and you can see why its getting cut. I am by no means speaking officially on the subject.
