On November 12th, we're planning to release a little something to celebrate our upcoming documentary on the 765 and mainline steam in the 21st Century. A teaser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QY4lpS7JZEk |

Seriously, Kelly, you should be the marketing director for the EBT. |

Kelly - Nicely done clip! Congrats on the great job! Glad HVRM was able to contribute a little bit; the station building at North Judson and HVRM member Joe Kingsbury in his conductors uniform opening the door on our refrigerator car MDT 14070. Kelly needs to find a great script for a Hollywood style feature film that will have at least the impact on adults as Thomas has for kids. I think an audience just might be there--this clip combines the magic of the train's first arrival in "The Polar Express" with the dream and hope of "Build it and they will come" from "Field of Dreams." That's a great combo, if we can make it work. . . |

I have the script...Now if I just had a nickel every time we opined about the lack of a solid American railroad drama in our cinemas or the resources of Rocky Mountain Express ;) Les is right - HVRM let us take over the station and yard on a long July night in 2011. Needless to say we've been sitting on this a while. Once this is out we'll start releasing a few clips from our documentary as well. We'll debut the entire spot on the 12th. Stay tuned. Thanks friends, Kelly

Thanks friends, Kelly ![]() Kelly - Thanks for posting this photo of HVRM's station building in North Judson and the 765 posing beside it for photos, with both the station and Berk perfectly reflected in the water. The water is actually in Hoosier Valley's gravel parking lot which, unfortunately, fills up with water after heavy rains. A number of the members even call the occurrence "Lake xxxxxx" after one of our longtime members, who shall remain nameless here. Les |
