Hi, I'm trying to locate the original source of Morgan's quote(and I may not have the wording correct) And FAIK it may not have even been Morgan! "The trouble with steam, its a people machine" Anyone know...my friend google was not much help I found a couple of refs, but nothing definitive. Thanks, Paul |

The "search" function of the DVD (not CD) is utterly useless in this context, as it searches for every use of every word, not a specific quote. I tried just "trouble with steam" and came back with 1,441 pages. When I feel better I'll dig through my anthologies of Morgan's writings ("Confessions of a Train-Watcher" and "The Mohawk that Refused to Abdicate"). |
