Photo of former Rutland plow X104 at Marvin Kendall's Passumpsic RR in East Barnet, VT (the one that came near scrapping at Bellows Falls). The GE 44-tonners are ex-Aroostook Valley from Maine.

IF it was not for MR. Kendall and his RR in Barnet ,VT this former RUTLAND SNOWPLOW WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SAVED??? PAT
