Beautiful. It reminds me of the LIRR Rockaway Beach branch in Queens, NYC -- unused since the 1960s but with the rails still in place (my understanding is that the line was never formally abandoned), and now an eery corridor of greenery through the middle of the city. -Philip Marshall |
