| Post subject: | Effort ignited to save landmark trolley station |
The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum in Washington Pa is undertaking a fund raising effort to move the Harmony Line station. The building had served as a US Post Office and a deli. The Harmony Line was an interurban that ran in the north of Pittsburgh from 1908 to 1931. The museum has a car that once serviced the station. http://triblive.com/neighborhoods/yournorthhills/yournorthhillsmore/6461293-74/trolley-station-purvis#axzz38Op262IS |
