Builders plate No 1190. What locomotive did this come from? TIA

24" gauge 0-4-0, 7" x 12", built Jan., 1912 for Foley, Welch & Stewart in Alberta.
This appears to be part of an order for 22 of these locos, s/n 1189 to 1210.

Thanks Gord. Sounds like a big contract. Maybe Canadian Northern at this date? Or, could it have been PGE? Acquaintance of mine has the builder's plate and wanted to know its history and possible value. Raymond
