| Post subject: | Westside Lumber Co. Caboose #3 fundraising campaign |
The Western Railway Preservation Society has an indiegogo campaign to rebuild WSLCo Caboose #3: Indiegogo: Rebuild Westside Lumber Company Caboose 3. The society estimates that restoring the caboose to its as built appearance will cost $4,000. They have already raised $1,500, so they only need another $2.500 to purchase siding and other materials. Once restored, the caboose will be used for public education and enjoyment through regular display and operation on the Sumpter Valley Railroad. |
