How to make an Alco reverser handle with only standard cut stock and basic hand tools. He's posted here before, he has trouble communicating through the keyboard but he seems to have a pretty good grasp on the mechanical world. I'd be inclined to cut him some slack... I see there is need to use a lathe to make the pins, you could order 2 of these: https://www.boltdepot.com/Product-Details.aspx?product=14054 and cut the heads off. I think that would eliminate the need for anything more high tech then a drill. |
