AEM-7s being scrapped

A friend forwarded a picture, taken by someone else, of Amtrak locomotive No. 912 and others being scrapped. The caption said this was taking place in Wilmington. Another sent the same picture and his caption said it was at Bear, DE. Which one is correct?

Tim,
Bear, Delaware is located about 15 miles south of Wilmington, Delaware. When retired the AEM7's are taken to Bear.
