 Post subject: IMSI RDC's?

Anyone know what is going on with the IRSI RDC cars? One source on Facebook says they are being scrapped, yet what I read on Google says Canadian Allied Diesel stepped in to finish rebuilding (since IRSI went belly up.) Anyone know what's going on?

Edit: Whoops, autocorrect. Yes, IRSI, not IMSI (apparently a museum.)

What the heck is an IMSI?
