An item of general information for anyone planning to build a diorama of a railroad shop scene in 1:35 scale. Verlingen Panzerwerk produces a variety of very fine 1:35 scale cast resin machine tool models for use with military models produced in that scale. Their product line includes several types each of drill press, milling machine, and lathe replicas. Some of these are very large and impressive machines that would be quite convincing in a railroad shop type diorama. The products are delivered unpainted and require finishing. They also have models of hydraulic presses, an air compressor, work benches, hand tools, and storage fixtures in the same scale. Many of these items would be adaptable to 1:29 and even 1:48 scale with some modifications.

You can find these very easily on the internet, just Google their company name, or enter their company name in eBay search. There are quite a few of their products available in eBay auctions, with good photos to show you how the finished models look.

Disclaimer: This is posted for information only, I do not work for or have any business dealings with the company.

I believe Mr Cook had a minor typo in his posting, try searching for Verlinden Panzerwerks

Correct, Jeff, thanks for catching that. Correct spelling is indeed "Verlinden".

Here is a link to a page showing some of their products:

https://www.verlindenonline.com/1-35-re ... -2754.html

Hopefully it will show adequately on your monitor, the images on that page are very small.
