I was given a stack of Soo Liner magazines from 1974/75/76 that I would be glad to donate to a museum or historical society that has an interest in them. (or are there enough of these already saved?)

It would seem the Soo Line Historical & Technical Society archives would be the logical place. The society maintains a 3000 sq.ft. library facility in Appleton, WI. I suspect they may already have a complete collection, but if so the donated magazines would be used to fill gaps, replace issues of lesser quality, or be sold at the society's annual auction to raise funds to further their goals.

You might want to drop an e-mail to the society archivist, Larry Easton, at <mileposts@sbcglobal.net> to discuss donation.

Another location would be the Colfax Railroad Museum, Colfax WI. We just added the 1898 depot to our complex and it will be used for a library/archive, storage and events facility.
