I was on the Facebook page of the Lake Superior Railroad Museum and saw a photo from the URHS with New York Central E unit 4083. Was surprised at her paint scheme so checked the internet and found this: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=499172 Hadn't heard about this and I don't think its been on RyPN. Yup, No contrasting colors. But they forgot the "dirt" above the trucks. Aren't they going to weather it prototypically? :-) |
