The piece was found and restored by museum member Lawrence Brown, and does not usually reside at the railroad. The photo was taken this month at the WW&F Ry annual picnic, which qualifies as a "special occasion". Perhaps James P. can elaborate... SJHussar@aol.com |

The story as I know it is that Lawrence Brown found it in the late 30s and restored it. There are pictures of it in the Bridgton yards (Bridgton and Harrison RR) fully restored, with the initials of all the two footers on it. Later, Brownie gave it to the Boothbay Railway Museum.
