Does anyone know of a source that would have an all time list of locomotives built by Plymouth Locomotive? If it had any kind of final dispositions that would be even better. |

I have a typewritten copy of the Plymouth builder's list. Some locomotives show later owners, some don't. Allen Stanley put it on a CD about 12 years ago. John T |

Bob Lehmuth has a list available... more commonly sold as two volumes, one for 1914-1939, the second for 1939 to 2002... He sells on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Railroad-Data-B ... 1c50c005aa as well as direct rhlehmuth at sign Hotmail etc... Second owners are listed where known... but many are unknown... Randy |

John T John - We have a privately owned Plymouth four-wheel diesel at our museum. From photos of Plymouth's I have seen, I believe that it's an 18-ton JLB Model, but I may be wrong. There's a number that was painted on the front of the cab under the windows; #1881. Kind of a strange road number for a little diesel, but there it is. No other info. Would like to know more about its heritage, but I guess there's little chance of that ever happening. Les |

Les, Plymouth c/n 1881 is a 4 ton, model CL (friction drive) for Ocala Lime Rock in Florida... so the road number is not the build number. Do you have anything else on it? We can try to track it down... Alternately there is a Yahoo group which follows "Critters" with knowledgeable folks. Randy |

I am trying to find out if Landisville RR 25 Ton #92 still exists.Supposedly it went to Unitied Electric Coal in Illinois. It was built in 1928 for the Delaware Valley Railroad, CN#2861. |

Randy Randy - Here's a photo: http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/steamtown/hvrm1881gga.jpg As I said, privately owned and purchased from a private owner's estate sale. Les |
