The title of the thread really speaks for itself.

Im considering changing the title of the thread from C&O baggage car #395 to Existing C&O baggage cars although I'm not quite sure how to go about doing that.

I think if you go back and enter the edit window for your first post in that thread, and change the subject line to this new title, that doing so will change the thread title.

Speaking of surviving C&O baggage cars, as well as the #6xx-series converted coaches, I thought about posting an inquiry on Trainorders to see if any more turn up.
